Who we are

MCHG Property Ltd (company no. 17075454, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom) is responsible for personal information sent to us through this website. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, registration number ZC104283. Contact us about privacy using our contact form, or write to us at our registered office.

What we collect

  • Enquiries. When you use the contact form we receive your name, email address and message. If you write to us we receive whatever you send.
  • Spam protection. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending it. Cloudflare processes your IP address and browser details to do this.
  • Site statistics. We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count visits and measure page speed. They do not use cookies and do not identify you.
  • Server logs. Our host, Vercel, keeps short-lived technical logs, including IP addresses, to run and secure the site.

Why we use it

We use enquiry details only to reply to you and to deal with the matter you contacted us about. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, or taking steps you ask for before entering into a contract. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing.

Who handles it for us

  • Vercel: website hosting, statistics and server logs.
  • Cloudflare: the spam check on the contact form.
  • Resend: delivering contact-form messages to our inbox.
  • Our email provider: storing the messages we receive.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, unless they lead to an ongoing business relationship, in which case we keep them as long as we need to for that relationship and our legal obligations.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. It remembers your light or dark display choice in your own browser.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct, delete or stop using it, through our contact form or by writing to our registered office. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
