MCHG Property Ltd carries out renovation and new-build projects, and develops property software and intelligence.

We buy houses in Kent, South East London and East Sussex that need work, and bring them up to a good modern standard: kitchens and bathrooms, extensions, loft conversions and full refurbishments. We carry out much of the building work ourselves, and keep the outside of each house in keeping with its period and street.

Alongside our projects, we build our own property software and intelligence tools. They inform the decisions we make, from the houses we buy to the work we carry out.
